Showcase your wares to hundreds of locals and visitors actively looking for unique handcrafts and artworks, high quality homewares and clothing, diverse flora and plants, artisan food and condiments and innovative gifts and treats.
Applications are now open for casual stallholders. It’s 3 simple steps to apply.
Read the criteria, confirm that you are eligible, then continue to complete the application form. Your application will be reviewed by the committee and you will be advised by email if the application is successful.
All products must be homemade, home baked or homegrown locally produced items.
The market DOES NOT admit stalls which sell:
• second hand or bric-a-brac / white elephant goods
• bottled water, juice packs or soft drinks (unless home-made)
• art/craft, homewares, toys or clothing items which are commercially available
• goods which are not made in Australia by the stallholder
Stalls are assessed each month to adhere to these guidelines.
Casual rate $44
Casual double site rate $88
Casual Takeaway Food vendors rate $54 (for vans for 4.5m or less excluding tow vehicle)
Casual Takeaway Food vendors double site rate $108 (for vans longer than 4.5m excluding tow vehicle)
Takeaway Food vendors include coffee vans and all stalls/vans selling food for consumption on site.
It excludes prepackaged goods sold for consumption at home e.g. jam, olive oil etc.
Single site 3.5 metres width by 8 metres length
Single takeaway food site 5 metres width by 8 metres length
Double site 7 metres width by 8 metres length
Stallholders provide their own trestles, tables, chairs and marquees.
Note no water or power is supplied to sites.
Insurance: stallholders can purchase Queenscliffe Community Market insurance at a cost of $10 per market, on top of their site fee. Otherwise, stallholders must provide evidence of Public Liability Insurance with a minimum $10 Million cover.

Take away food vendors only: a copy of your current food Registration Certificate, plus a copy of your menu and prices.
Once a month locals and visitors flock to the Queenscliffe Community Market to explore the diverse range of goods all lovingly created by our stallholders. All funds from the Market support local community projects.
